Dental Assistant

Ms. Dawson at COYS Dental Academy has partnered with us to offer her Dental Assistant training program at a deeply discounted rate of $750(originally valued at $5000, remainder covered by grants). This opportunity provides high-quality, hands-on training designed to prepare students for real careers in the dental field.

Details

This certification program allows students to be certified through the Dental Assistant National Board to become a certified Dental Assistant.

Eligibility:

-MEN AND WOMEN over 16 years old

-HS diploma or GED not required

(Licensing board does not disqualify those with felonies. COYS Dental Academy has been successful in securing jobs for students- even before gradutation.)

Upon completion, students will be eligible to sit for the RHS (Radiation Health and Safety) exam from the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB).

Students will be scheduled for clinical internships (hands- on training in a dental clinic which will be completed during the program.

High school students are able to complete this program while in school. They are able to sit for their boards and secure employment.

PHILADELPHIA (Center City) Location

HOURS- Tues & Thurs 6-8pm (In person or Zoom)

Sat 9am-12pm OR 12pm-3pm (come to either session)

MARYLAND (Townson) Location

HOURS- Tues & Thurs 6-8pm on Zoom

Sunday 9am-12pm
