What Is It?

The Goal Crusher 21 Day Workout Challenge is a women-only wellness fundraiser that was created to encourage consistent movement and healthier routines through community support. Participants commit to daily movement using in-person, virtual and prerecorded workouts to encourage working out with no excuses. Workouts are led by a personal trainer giving them access to correcting their form in real time.  

The challenge includes wellness workshops that educate and offer recourses on health, safety in movement, proper weight loss tactics, fitness and overall wellness.

This fundraiser helps raise money for initiative at Levaris that support women's success.

What's Included

During our first workshop, we’ll break down the fundamentals of sustainable weight loss and metabolism in a way that actually makes sense in real life- not quick fixes or gimmicks. Participants will also build on simple, realistic healthy habits that can fit into everyday life to support long-term consistency and wellness.

A healthy yet flavorful meal will be served, and the session will include an instructor-led workout focused on correcting proper form, moving safely, and building confidence. Participants will also receive samples of premium weight-loss supplements to explore safe options that may support their journey. Giveaways and prizes included. 

Health Workshop One

During our second workshop, we’ll build on the progress already made by focusing on consistency, confidence, and creating a lifestyle that lasts beyond the challenge. Participants will receive guidance on sustaining momentum, overcoming common barriers, and strengthening daily habits.

This session will also include another instructor-led workout designed to safely push participants, strengthen their bodies, and celebrate how far they’ve come. A healthy, delicious meal will be served, offering another opportunity to learn practical, realistic nutrition habits for everyday life. Giveaways and prizes included. 

Health Workshop Two

Once a week, participants will come together for a 30-minute virtual workout session led by a certified personal trainer. Link will be provided. This workout leaves no room for excuses regarding gym member ships and times restraints. Workouts will be at various times to accommodate participants schedule.
