Eligibility:

Must be a woman 18 and over

Must have access to a computer and internet

Criminal background accepted. Employment is based on employer.

While the program is mostly online via zoom, students must pick a location for the in person, hands on skills training. Students can select to train in Philadelphia, PA, or Towson, MD for the in person clinical component.

Program Length and Schedule

Start October 2026

​

Medical Assistant 

Tues and Thursday 9am-1am X 4 Weeks

OR

Tuesday and Thursday 6pm-9pm x 4 Weeks

​

Phlebotomy 

Monday & Wednesday 6pm-8pm x 3 Weeks

​

In person skills days will be scheduled with school based on students' schedule

After successfully completing the program, students become eligible to earn a nationally recognized NHA certification. This credential is accepted by employers across the United States.

​

Winners will be announced via our social media platforms. This acts as the notification for those who did and did not win the scholarship.

Please Note:

This scholarship only covers tuition. If selected, participants must pay a $200 registration fee directly to the school, which confirms their space in the program. There is a $25 application fee required for all applications. Application will not be processed without this fee being paid. This fee allows the submission to be reviewed for consideration in our sponsored certification program. This fee is not a deposit, tuition payment, or guarantee of selection into the program. Application fees are nonrefundable. While, Levaris Foundation collaborates to cover tuition, Levaris Foundation does not cover Medical Assistant book ($63), Phlebotomy book ($34), Medical Assistant Certification Exam ($169), Phlebotomy Certification Exam ($125), Phlebotomy Skills Kit ($65) or Medical Assistant Skills Kit ($85).
